Day 1.
On arrival at EZEIZA International Airport in Buenos Aires the touring party will clear Immigration & Customs formalities. A delegation of Sundance Spirit staff will meet the touring party & direct loading of tour baggage & personnel onto the team bus.

The team bus drives to a pre-determined destination where host families will be waiting to collect their assigned tour squad members. After team members are installed with their host families coaching staff & supporters will be taken to a centrally located hotel in Buenos Aires.

Day 2.
Coaching staff & supporters will be collected from the hotel at 0715hrs. Team members will be driven by host families to a pre-determined meeting point & embark on a Buenos Aires city sightseeing tour with English speaking professional guide.

At the conclusion of the city sightseeing tour the team bus will transfer the group to the host school rugby grounds to be there by 1400hrs.

Afternoon – Rugby Match ONE kicks off to be followed by an after match function. Team members stay with host families tonight; coaching staff & supporters transfer to the hotel in the city.

Day 3.
The team members leave their first host families after breakfast this morning. The team bus will collect coaching staff & supporters from the hotel at 0730 & proceed to a pre-determined pick-up point to meet team members who will be driven here by host families.

The touring party has use of the team bus for 8 hours today & it is planned to:

•  Visit your national Embassy for an audience with the Ambassador.
• Transfer 60km to La Plata to the Natural Science Museum in the early afternoon accompanied by our professional English speaking guide

After visiting La Plata, the team returns to Buenos Aires & heads to the second host school where team members will meet new families. Team coaching staff & supporters will be transferred to their city hotel.

Day 4.
This morning Rugby Match TWO of the tour is scheduled. The team bus will collect coaching staff & supporters from the hotel then proceed to the rugby grounds. An after match luncheon follows. Team members stay tonight with host families.

Day 5.
The entire touring party is free of official commitments today & can indulge in optional sightseeing.

Day 6.
Coaches & supporters will be picked up & driven to a pre-determined pick-up point where hosts will have delivered squad members. From here the whole squad heads to a typical working ranch for a taste of rural life & cultural entertainment at Estancia La Cinacina for ´Fiesta de Los Gauchos´.

Fiesta de Los Gauchos includes traditional dance, folklore & displays of horsemanship by ´gauchos´ followed by a hearty ´asado´ (Argentine BBQ) luncheon. Departing La Cinacina & travel to Rosario - a journey of approx four hours. Arriving in Rosario the team will be met by new host families. Coaches & supporters transfer to a city hotel.

Day 7.
Host families will deliver team members to a predetermined meeting point to embark on a city tour of Rosario. Rugby practice scheduled for late this afternoon. After rugby practice team members return to host families.

Day 8.
A free morning for team members. Host families will take boys to the match venue early afternoon where Rugby Match THREE kicks off. An after match function will follow; team members overnight with host families in Rosario while coaches & supporters stay in the hotel.

Day 9.
Early morning departure overland from Rosario to Cordoba. Stop for lunch en-route. Facilities for rugby practice are available upon arrival after which squad members are met by new host families. Team coaches & supporters stay in a city hotel.

Day 10.
This morning the touring party meets to embark upon a city tour of Cordoba. In the afternoon Rugby Match FOUR kicks off, to be followed by an after-match function. Team members stay overnight with host families.

Day 11.
Today the touring squad will be taken 80km outside of Cordoba city to Nacional Parque Los Condoritos for a guided interpretive nature trek. There is the possibility of getting close to Andean Giant condors. At the conclusion of the outdoor adventures return to Cordoba & meet new host families.

Day 12.
This morning Rugby Match FIVE kicks off, followed bye a hosted luncheon. The remainer of this afternoon is free of official commitments & team members, management & supporters are free to explore the city of Cordoba at their own pace.

Day 13.
The touring party will travel by team bus from Cordoba to Mendoza. Departure from Cordoba is @ 0900hrs, arrival into Mendoza at approximately 1800hrs with a lunch stop to be made en-route. Team members will be home-hosted in Mendoza while management & supporters will stay at a city hotel.

Day 14.
This morning team members embark upon a city tour of Mendoza. This afternoon, Rugby Match SIX, the final match of this tour kicks-off, to be followed by a hosted after-match function. The team will return to Buenos Aires overnight on the team coach with two professional long distance drivers operating in tandem. Supporters may wish to fly.

Day 15.
Upon arrival in Buenos Aires at approximately 0930hrs the coach will drop the touring party at a city hotel where day rooms are confirmed. Use of day rooms until a transfer takes the touring party from the hotel directly to EZEIZA International airport for the homeward bound departure flight.

NOTE : There is a USD18 per person EZEIZA International airport departure tax that must be paid at the airport – it is NOT included in the International ticket pre-paid cost.
