4 days - 3 night

Day 1 - Arrive Comodoro Rivadavia
You will be met & transferred from Comodoro Rivadavia airport to your Hotel. After checking in, a City Tour visiting town centre, Duclos Avenue, the wonderful view point of Cerro Chenque, the coast driveway & the new harbour, home to the Argentine South Atlantic fishing fleet.


Day 2 - Sarmiento's petrified forest
(B). After breakfast you will set out on an all day excursion to the José Ormaechea Petrified Forest, This geologic reserve is formed by fossilized coniferous trees 60 million years old. The massive rock logs are complemented by magnificent structures in the Moon's Valley & the Cerros Colorados (Red hills). Lunch is included at a farm in Sarmiento where you will enjoy an asado patagónico (Patagonian barbecue). You will then continue onto Perito Moreno, where accommodation overnight is in a traditional working Patagonian estancia.


Day 3 - Rock Art Caves
(B) After breakfast you will be driven to the "Manos Pintadas" on the Rio Pinturas Canyon. This place has the biggest collection of rock art paintings found in South America & dates back 9000 years. In the afternoon we will visit the "estancia" with the opportunity to enjoy a horse-back ride or an optional tour to Charcamata dependant on your preference.


Day 4 - Back to Comodoro Rivadavia
(B) Transfer to Comodoro Rivadavia for your onward flight.
